Vinyl Cover
For this project, I worked to build an album’s visual identity using only the artist name and album title, both determined through a text generator. The project was overall designed to strengthen my visual storytelling skills and creative process.
For the album's imagery, I wanted to produce visuals that told a story and captures the genre's (often) youthful tone. When considering what story to tell, I considered the physical elements of a record's cover and how they are typically interacted with, covr to cover.
Inside Spread
Full Vinyl Cover Design
The completed vinyl design features front and back cover artwork, an inside spread, and an inner sleeve. These elements utilize typography and imagery to create a vinyl design with a classic look and feel.
I recently returned to this project and am working to continue expanding on the current designs and further developing the elements I can add to create a well-rounded and cohesive brand identity.
